Great Customer Service!!!

When I got the model the left engine had come off and I sent an email to them to say that the left engine broke and they replied in a matter of seconds. Personally I think the engine fell off due to a defection coming from the supplier Gemini Jets. They shipped me a return label and a new aircraft and were very nice. Overall 5 stars easily!!!
